  1. The odorants were peach/apricot (PEA), apple (APP), vanillin (VAN), strawberry (STR), trimethylamine (TRI), 2-isobutyl-3-methoxypyrazine (PYR), dimethyl disulphide (DIM), butyric acid (BUT). The number of participants varied between 140 and 175 because in some cases, toddlers did not complete the session, thus data for some odorants were missing. *Significant correlation (P <0.05).
